Every year, applications fail not because the applicant was ineligible, but because the advice was vague, the evidence was incomplete, or the fee was never clearly stated. We built our practice around removing those three failures.
We work exclusively within the scope of our IAA Level 1 registration — entry clearance, leave to enter, and leave to remain applications under the Immigration Rules — and we prepare each case as though it were being decided on paperwork alone: complete, ordered, and evidenced.
