Regulatory Status

Who regulates us, and what that permits

Bader & Partners is registered with the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) — the regulator of immigration advisers in the United Kingdom — at Level 1 (strictly limited). Our registration number appears in the footer of every page of this website. You can verify our registration and search the public register of advisers on the IAA pages of GOV.UK.

We hold professional indemnity insurance appropriate to the services we provide and maintain written records for every engagement, in line with the IAA Code of Standards.

Fee Transparency

Fixed fees, agreed in writing

The fees below are indicative fixed professional fees for standard, straightforward applications. Your exact fee is confirmed in a written engagement letter after your initial consultation — before any chargeable work begins. Home Office application fees and third-party disbursements (translations, priority services, etc.) are payable by you in addition.

All fees are inclusive of VAT where applicable. There are no hourly charges and no hidden costs. If your case proves more complex than the standard scope, we will pause, tell you, and re-quote before proceeding.
